About our products
Digi Klix sells access to digital products, subscriptions and software licences. All products are delivered digitally; nothing is shipped physically. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Digi Klix is an independent seller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands unless stated.
Orders and pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are confirmed on our server at checkout.
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment is verified through Razorpay.
- We may cancel and fully refund an order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact details so we can deliver your order.
- Keep login details, licence keys and activation links private and do not resell or share them.
- Use products in line with the original provider's terms of service.
Warranty
Each product lists its warranty period. During this period we will troubleshoot, repair or replace access if it stops working for reasons not caused by you. Warranty does not cover misuse, sharing of credentials, or changes made against the provider's rules.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for changes, outages or policy decisions made by third-party software providers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Malappuram, Kerala.
