All Digi Klix products are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping and no shipping charge.
Delivery methods
- Email delivery — access details sent to the email you provided at checkout.
- WhatsApp delivery — details sent to your WhatsApp number.
- Activation link — a link to activate the subscription on your own account.
- Download link — an official download link plus licence key where applicable.
- Manual delivery — our team assists you directly with setup.
Delivery details also appear on your private order page and in your account under My Orders.
Delivery time
Delivery starts after your payment is verified. Most orders are delivered within a few hours during business hours (10 AM – 9 PM IST). Some products may take up to 24 hours. Each product page shows its typical delivery time.
If you haven't received your order
Check your spam folder and WhatsApp messages first. If nothing has arrived within the stated time, contact us with your order ID and we will resolve it promptly.
Keep your details private
Treat delivery details like a password. Do not share them, and do not share your private order page link.
